I receive regular free cycling tips (through E-mail) from Graeme Street CEO of 'Cyclo Core'
Yesterday I received this mail
Cycling is an ATTITUDE of continual self-improvement, personal
growth and reaching for new challenges. If you love to ride, then
you may already know this, but sometimes it's nice to be reminded
by the 'attitude' of another cyclist, like this letter from Stephen...
Hi Graeme,
I think no matter how good a shape I get in, I will always think I
can do better to improve. Maybe that's just my personality. I have
improved to the point where I had a strong 50 miler on Sunday.
10 miles of the ride was up Deer Creek Canyon. It's an hour into
my ride and a 6 percent grade steady and easy. I'm able to get
up it without stopping. I couldn't do that last year.
Am I happy with Cyclo-Core? Very much so. Can I still improve?
I don't think I will ever stop improving. I am 50 and feeling better
all the time. Thanks for your great workouts. How is your training
going? Are you ready for Mt. Washington?' --Stephen

The great thing about cycling is that it challenges EVERYONE. No
matter what the goal. No matter what the age. No matter what
the fitness level. Everyone can 'grow' by riding a bike.
I hope this motivates your day and your ride ajay.
Ride Hard. Ride for Self-Challenge. Ride with Attitude!
P.P.S. To answer Stephen's question; My training is going fantastic!
I'm actually a little ahead of my fitness due to all my recent travel
and riding with such strong groups. YES, I am reaching for an improved
time this year for Washington. 5 minutes faster.... WITH ATTITUDE!
